Over Drinking Having and enjoying alcoholic drinks is hardly a crime, but in some cases the frequency and amount of alcohol can start to get out of control. If you need a push in order to get your drinking habit back to sensible proportions then Hypnotherapy may well be the answer. If you feel you have gone past the stage of drinking just being a bad habit, i.e. it has become a need, then I suggest you discuss this with your doctor as more specialised approaches may be appropriate.
